Homemade Pumpkin Pie Recipe

There’s nothing like the smell of fresh-baked pumpkin pie filling your home! Here’s my go-to recipe for a delicious homemade pumpkin pie that’s perfect for any occasion. 🍰✨

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups pumpkin puree (or 1 can)
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pre-made pie crust (or homemade if you prefer!)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, eggs, and heavy cream until smooth.
  3. Add the spices: Stir in the brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour into pie crust: Carefully pour the filling into the pie crust, spreading it evenly.
  5. Bake: Place the pie in the oven and bake for 15 minutes at 425°F, then reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 45 minutes, or until the filling is set and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
