Ingredients:
- 1 box of no-bake lasagna noodles
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions:

- Prepare the Noodles: Boil the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and let cool completely.
- Cream Cheese Layer: In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream until fully combined.
- Caramel Layer: In a small saucepan, warm the caramel sauce over low heat. Stir occasionally until it becomes a smooth, pourable consistency. Set aside.
- Chocolate Ganache Layer: In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the chocolate chips and heavy cream together in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the chocolate melts completely and the mixture is smooth.
- Assemble the Lasagna: Start with a layer of lasagna noodles at the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over the noodles. Drizzle some caramel sauce and then chocolate ganache on top. Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Repeat this process for five layers, finishing with a generous drizzle of caramel and chocolate on top, and a final sprinkling of pecans.
- Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the dessert for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the layers to set. Slice and serve chilled.
This indulgent dessert combines the rich flavors of caramel, chocolate, and pecans with a creamy, layered texture that’s perfect for any occasion. Enjoy!
