Ingredients:
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 box (3.4 oz) vanilla pudding mix
- 1 box graham crackers, crushed
- 4 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for whipped cream)
Instructions:

- Prepare the crust:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs. Mix with 1/4 cup sugar, then press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared dish.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
- Prepare the cheesecake filling:
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
- Add the vanilla pudding mix to the cream cheese mixture and continue to fold until everything is smooth.
- Assemble the bars:
- Layer the sliced bananas evenly over the cooled graham cracker crust.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the banana layer, spreading it evenly to cover.
- Chill and serve:
- Refrigerate the bars for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until set.
- Slice into squares and serve chilled.
