Ingredients:
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions:

- Prepare the crust:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool.
- Prepare the cheesecake filling:
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add the vanilla extract and sour cream, then beat until combined.
- Assemble the bars:
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.
- Cool and top:
- Let the cheesecake cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Once chilled, top with the cherry pie filling and serve.
